Hello Brydie Mack! I want to intern for you!

I’m Veronika. I’m super hard-working, kind, reliable, and I can work (for free) for the entire month of February 2019.

I am inspired by your work because it is not only transportive to places and times that look like old movies, but empowering. Your photographs of women consistently put them in a position of power. Your photographs tell the viewer a story and the women in them offer them a friend or a role model. These women are powerful but do not sacrifice their femininity.

About me: I’m a New Yorker on a gap year who is just back from three months in Paris, and I will be in Sydney for all of February (after I finish up a January workshop at Whitehouse) –– and would love to help you as much as possible during the month of February. (I am able to buy my own plane tickets to travel elsewhere, too, if that’s helpful.)

My hope is to assist in any and every way on whatever photography projects you may have ongoing at the moment. I’m adept at photoshop, a hard worker, a fast learner and a pleasure to be around! (See my references below.)

Can we Skype or FaceTime so you can see if I feel like a good match for you?

Thanks in advance for your consideration!

Warmly,

Veronika Kindred

I had the pleasure of having Veronika assist me in Paris, behind-the-scenes of my upcoming documentary The Realists. Working with her was wonderful; she was a phenomenal help and I loved the behind the scenes photos she took. She was eager, thoughtful, and hard-working. I hope to work with her again someday.

For me, one of the things that truly stands out about Veronika is her drive. When she sets her sights on something, she gives it everything she has. Unique among her peers, Veronika embodies the qualities of kindness, dependability, and eagerness to grow. She is also mature beyond her years, enthusiastic about leaning, and highly professional in her interactions.
