Bonjour Ben Thouard, I want to intern for you!
I’m Veronika. I’m super hard-working, kind, reliable, and I can work (for free) for the entire month of March 2019.
We met briefly in Paris in November at your exposition on Rue Mesley. After following you and talking to you I have become so inspired by your work and your accompanying philosophy. I believe that photography is about bearing witness to things that are already happening, whether it is a wave or the way that a rainbow meets the sea, or the ways in which sunlight hits the water; it is the role of the photographer to just be there in those moments, and with luck they will have the skills and the equipment with them to do the moment justice.
About me: I’m a New Yorker on a gap year who is just back from three months in Paris, and I will be in your part of the world this spring, and would love to help you as much as possible during the month of March. (I am able to buy my own plane tickets to travel elsewhere, too, if that’s helpful.)
My hope is to assist in any way; I’m adept at photoshop, a hard worker, a fast learner and a pleasure to be around! (See my references below.)
